For Technical Support
The primary point of contact for all business users is the Webmaster for their own site.
In the event the Webmaster is unavailable, users may e-mail or telephone ext. 16000 for assistance from the ICT Helpdesk.
For Training
Training for CMS is provided by the Enterprise Application Training (EAT). Registration for a CMS courses is available on the CMS Training page.
Note: Training can only be provided to units with sites under development in the CMS. If your site is not yet in the CMS, please use the expression of interest form to register that you are interested in establishing a site in the CMS.
