PeopleSoft Password Reset

This form allows you to request a new PeopleSoft Password. Once completed successfully an ICT Helpdesk staff member will contact you with a replacement within 1-2 business hours.

To complete this form you will need to enter both your UniKey details followed by your PeopleSoft Login (which is likely to be the same as your UniKey login). New PeopleSoft users should enter their UniKey login as their PeopleSoft Username unless otherwise directed.

Once you have submitted this form you should receive an email providing you with the job number for this request. If you have any queries, or have not received an email within 1 hour please contact the Helpdesk on 9351 6000.
