Setup Fee $240, includes 3 hours labour
ICT charge 2.5% of the value of all transactions plus 35c per credit card transaction to cover ongoing costs. These charges will be reviewed from time to time as bank and other charges vary.
Additional setup charges @ $80 per hour.

Systems Hosting

Basic (NT or Unix)

Service is only applicable to non-funded systems. OS & HW Maintenance inc 4 hrs per month labour $317 per month per system

Standard

Service is only applicable to non-funded systems. OS Admin, OS & HW Maintenance & config inc 8 hrs per month labour $592 per month per system

Premium

Service is only applicable to non-funded systems. Full Systems Admin, OS & HW Maintenance, config & App installation inc 12 hrs per month labour $888 per month per system

Application Management

Small: $1000 per annum 1-10 users

Medium: $3000 per annum 11-50 users

Large: $5000 per annum 51-500

Not the above application management is for a Dep't level application (not ERP etc), and includes user, patch install and vendor support/liaison

User Account Mgt

Small: $1000 per annum =<25 users

Medium: $3000 per annum 26-100 users

Large: $5000 per annum > 100 users

Unmanaged disk space/storage on SAN connected hosts

1.1 cents per MB per month

Domain Name Registration (via Melbourne IT or Internic)

All charges passed on plus a $20 administrative charge for ICT staff time. If you require a managed mail domain in addition to this service then the charge is the same as the mail domain hosting service detailed below.

The following charges are based on the advertised rates of Melbourne IT and may change at anytime. Australian domains: com.au Renews every two years, prices in Australian Dollars.

Additional restorations at $20 per incident. An incident includes all files requested from a specific backup set

Mail Domain Hosting

ICT will host a mail domain for use with IMAP,POP & SMTP protocols for Departments. Disk space per user is that defined in the Email for all policy.
$40 per mail domain per month

Additional Mail Disk Space

Disk space over the policy quota amount for mail on the mail server is available @ 5c per MB per month.

File & Print Services

$40 per GB per month, this service includes disk space, file server access and system backup.

Project and Professional Services

Provision of professional consulting and advice @ $98 per hour.
