Ordering and Transferring Mobile Numbers

These forms are intended for use by staff members who have an existing mobile handset which they intend to continue using. If you need to purchase a new mobile handset, please see the mobile handset page.

Transfer number

To transfer your current, privately owned mobile number to be paid for by the University, please use the following form.
