Fault Reporting

Report faults with handsets and voicemail using the online form, or contacting x16000. The following details are required:

  • Address
  • Extension Number
  • Nature of Fault
  • Account Code

Helpful Hints

Telephone Banking and other Systems requiring numbers to be entered

Digital handsets - Press 9 after the number answers. This will turn on your tone sender. "Tone Sender On" will appear on your screen.

Analog handsets - The above is not required, just press the numbers when requested.

Message Waiting Lights

Analog and Digital handsets - To clear message waiting lights when there are no messages:
Lift receiver and press #91#
If you continually have a message waiting light and no messages, please report fault to 42053 and a technician will check your extension.

Ring Options for Digital Handsets

Press Program button - light will come on
Press digits 1 through to 0 - various ring types will be heard
Select one then press Program button - light will go out
