Microsoft CAUDIT "Work at Home" Agreement
Staff of the university (including visiting academic staff) may install and run the software available under the CAUDIT Campus agreement on a home PC, they own or lease, for university related and personal purposes only. Installations under the Work at Home provision may only be done using media purchased from Microsoft via approved LAR for the exclusive use of the individual staff member.
Restrictions on use of Work at Home Software
- The right is limited to using the same version of the product that is installed on the staff member's work computer.
- The software must not be used to run private business activities.
- The Work at Home agreement does not include: Staff of affiliates and approved independent entities, visitors, contractors or consultants.
- Clinical Associates (with formal appointment agreements but not university salaried) can have access to the Microsoft software under the agreement for installation on they home machines but they must not install this software on hospitial owned equipment or equipment used to run private business activities.
