Citrix NFuse Installation Guide for Windows User with Internet Explorer

1. Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to Address, type in http://www.citrix.usyd.edu.au, then click Go button.

2. A web page will be appeared as below

3. Click on the button “please click here”, a Get Started page will popup

4. Click “Click here for a new citrix user”, and follow the Quick Start Guide

5. OR click “Click here for a current citrix user”, and then follow the Roll Out Guide.

6. Click “Citrix ICA Clients (Windows, Mac, Unix/Linux)” for installing a Citrix ICA Client

7. Click on Windows 32-bit

8. Click the button Download ICA32.EXE

9. Choice Save this program to disk, then click OK button

10. Download ica32.exe to C:\TEMP via clicking Save button

11. Start Windows Explorer, go into C:\TEMP, double-click ica32.exe to install the new Citrix ICA Client

12. Click Next

13. Click Next

14. Click Yes for accepting Citrix License Agreement

15. Choose Destination Folder: C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client, then click Next

16. Select Program Folder: Citrix ICA Client, then click Next

17. Enter your computer name into ClientName, and ensure it’s unique (For citrix access, a unique computer name is needed. The computer name can be a user’s name following by a model name or serial number, for example “John’s PC-001”, whatever as long as it’s unique). Click Next for continue.

18. Choose No, then click Next. Once the installation is completed successfully, you will see

19. Click OK, and close Citrix ICA Client folder, which is created by installation wizard.

20. Close all Microsoft Internet Explorer Windows.

21. Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer again, go to Address, type in http://www.citrix.usyd.edu.au, then click Go button.

22. Add to Favorites, then click the button “please click here”

23. Tick “Do not show this window at login” check box, and then click Close window

24. Go back to Citrix NFuse Login Window, enter Username and Password, then click “Login Please”

25. If the user’s credential is entered correctly, a similar content will be displayed as below

26. Click an application you want.

27. Click OK, then a SecurID Authentication window will popup

28. A desired application sign-on windows will be launched, after a correct PASSCODE has been entered. Please type in an appropriate Username and Password for the application access.
