This problem generally occurs when your browser has cached (saved locally) the Citrix Authentication page. This can be fixed easily by reloading the webpage from the server. Most browsers do this if you press the Left Ctrl key (generally at the bottom left of the keyboard) and the F5 key at the same time.
If this does not resolve the issue you may need to arrange for your password to be reset. An Electronic Form that arranges for this is available here.
This problem generally occurs when the internal clock in your SecureID card has become out of synchronisation with the clock on our SecureID server. This can occur if the card receives shock or is placed near magnetic fields (we suggest against letting this occur to your SecureID card). The Helpdesk can generally resolve this issue with you over the phone by resynchronising our server with your SecureID card.
This issue is generally caused by corrupted or missing data on the password storage devices. The Citrix Reset electronic form allows for you to arrange for these to be reset.
This issue can occur if you have attempted to log into your account a number of times with an incorrect password. You will need to contact the Helpdesk and request that they unlock your citrix account.
If you are sure that your password is correct you may also want to follow the instructions here. If you aren't sure if it is correct you may also wish to arrange for your password to be reset via this form.
This issue generally occurs if your local Citrix application closes without informing the server that this is occuring (e.g. if your computer crashes or you force quit the Citrix application).
This can be fixed by waiting approximately 8 minutes for the existing session to automatically time out.
This issue is generally caused by one of three things.
1) Your Citrix cache has become corrupted.
2) Your copy of the Citrix program has become corrupted
3) The Citrix server is unavailable
The Helpdesk is able to investigate which of these three problems is occuring and provide appropriate advice.
This error occurs while you are changing your password when the Username field has not been filled out appropriately. Please ensure that you enter your Citrix username in this field.
