Desktop SLA Services

 
Service cost (GST exclusive)

Desktop Maintenance

$600 per year per workstation, unlimited calls

Premium Desktop Maintenance $800 per year per workstation, unlimited calls

Additional Support (set ups, upgrades, new work etc)

$55 per hour, minimum of 1/2 hour

Network Printer set up, software maintenance

$100 per year per printer

Emergency work outside business hours

$105 per hour per support staff member

Scheduled work outside business hours

$95 per hour per support staff member

Server SLA Services

 
Service cost (GST exclusive)

Server Administration and Maintenance

$6,500 per year per server

Administration of department specific server application

Price on application

Additional Support (set ups, upgrades, new work etc)

$55 per hour, minimum of 1/2 hour

Emergency work outside business hours

$105 per hour per support staff member
